- Cancellations must be made no less than 5 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations within 5 days will be charged in full.
- Payments issued at check-in are non-refundable. There are no refunds for early check-outs or unused parking.
- The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It cannot be used as credit toward a future stay.

Non-Refundable Deposit
- There is a $50 non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking.
- When reserving two or more guest rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required for each room reserved.
Payments
- The remaining balance for standard reservations is due at check-in.
- Full House rental payments are due 30 days prior to check-in.
- Non-refundable reservations are paid in full at booking.
- We do not accept cash, cash apps, or personal checks.
- Guests must have a valid credit card on file in case of incidentals.
Penalties and Fees
- There is a $50 replacement fee if guest room keys, garage door openers or parking placards are lost or not returned.
- The Wicker Park Inn is strictly non-smoking. This includes e-cigarettes and vapes. Smoking on premises will result in damages fees of $500.
Check in Policy
- Check-in starts at 2pm. Check-out is at 11am.
- Check-ins are by appointment only.
- We kindly request that guests notify staff of their estimated arrival time as our office hours vary.
- Early check-ins are permitted by request. An additional $35 fee may be charged.
- If the guest room is not ready for early check-in, we will gladly store your luggage so you may begin your stay.
- Self check-in instructions are provided if guests arrive after our office closes.

Restrictions
- You MUST be 21+ years of age to reserve a room.
- Guests must present a valid credit card and matching ID at check-in.
- We accept reservations with a maximum of up to 5 rooms per group.
- We require a full house rental for group reservations of 6+ rooms.
- We require a 2-night stay on weekends (Friday and Saturday). Exceptions are made based on availability. Minimum requirements may change based on events and convention periods.
Room Occupancy
- All rates reflect 1-2 guests per room.
- Additional guest fees are $45/night.
- If available, a roll away cot or portable crib can be arranged for additional guests. Not all rooms can accommodate a roll away cot, please contact us directly or check the booking section of our website.
Children
- The Wicker Park Inn welcomes children.
- Children 2 years and older are counted as guests.
- Portable cribs are available for a rental fee. This option is available when booking online under "packages".
Accidental Damage
- Your credit card is held as security against any damage to your room or the house. Incidental fees will be charged when items are damaged or destroyed. You break it, you buy it!
Room Guarantee
- We reserve the right to upgrade you free of charge, downgrade your room and refund the difference, or in rare circumstances cancel your booking with notice.
Parking
- We offer secure parking for our guests for an additional fee of $45/night + tax.
- Parking spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- We have two (2) on-premise parking spaces located in our garage. Access to the garage is tight so it is only recommended for small, compact vehicles.
- We also have two (2) parking spaces at a nearby parking lot for larger vehicles. The parking lot is about a 5-minute walk from the Wicker Park Inn.
- The Wicker Park Inn is located on a residential street that requires a permit for overnight parking.
- There are streets nearby that do not require a parking permit but finding a parking spot may be difficult.
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates may be purchased for any amount starting at $50. Restrictions and availability apply. You may purchase online or call us for details.
- When redeeming your gift certificate, guests must provide a copy or gift certificate number.
Pets
- Due to other guests' sensitivities, pets are not allowed at the Wicker Park Inn. If you bring a pet, you may be asked to leave without refund and may be fined up to $500.
- When traveling with a service animal, please advise the staff ahead of your visit.
- Service pets are allowed in all common areas but must always be with the guest and cannot be left unattended in the guests room.
