We are celebrating 20 years in business this year! As a small, independent, locally-owned business, it is my pleasure to welcome guests from around the world. Wicker Park has some of the best restaurants, shops, cafes and nightlife in Chicago. I’m thrilled to share our wonderful city with new visitors, and am are honored to be considered a second home for many visiting family and friends in the neighborhood.
The Wicker Park Inn is located in a historic home that was originally built in 1886. I began the Wicker Park Inn in 2004 while also owning the Alliance Bakery. I started with three guest rooms. There were no hotels or AirBnBs in Wicker Park at the time. Over the years, I added more accommodations, then expanded to include the adjacent building. The Wicker Park Inn today has nine beautifully decorated guest rooms, each with private, ensuite bathrooms, individual heating and cooling, VPN hotspots and unique touches to ensure a memorable stay.
I grew up in Chicago and returned home in 1996 after earning an Urban Studies degree from Brown University. I’ve lived in Wicker Park for over 25 years and have seen a lot of amazing changes. There is always a new restaurant opening while old favorites just get better with time. It has been an honor and a privilege to welcome guests to our vibrant neighborhood and incredible city.
The Wicker Park Inn is staffed with amazing innkeepers and our impeccable cleaning staff.

“I love the Wicker Park Inn! Laura is the best host and makes sure you feel right at home. Has all the amenities you could want plus some. Accommodations are spacious, clean, and well thought out. Very easy in/out. They are around when you need them but also give you the space you need too. Highly recommend.” Ted – Trip Advisor
