Escape to Italy for an evening to master this traditional dish, Fettuccine Alfredo. Learn the art of making this indulgent dish from scratch- kneading the pasta dough, creating its Fettuccine form, and then adding the luscious and creamy Alfredo sauce.
Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, walk you step-by-step through the process of creating your Fettuccine. Then Chef Tiffany will demonstrate how to make the luscious Alfredo sauce and pair it with the Fettuccine you created. The best part is digging into your delicious pasta surrounded by your fellow classmates.

Join Phillipe Sobon, a self-taught chef living in Chicago, to learn how to make fresh sushi for your family and friends. This is a hands-on experience where each guest will be able to roll their own sushi and choose different ingredients. Guests of this experience will learn how to make 3 different rolls along with how to properly prepare the rice and ingredients. We’ll also dive into creating unique recipes and cocktail pairings that you can use at home! Join us in the Wicker Park Inn kitchen on Jan 23rd from 7-9pm.
Grab a lover, friend, or girl gang and join us as we welcome Chef Andy Suarez in a private three-course cooking class. Dishes will center around a luxe French-American fusion, truly capturing your taste beds and satisfying your hunger (after all, you’ve worked for it)! *This workshop is ideal for couples or groups of 2 or more. BYOB!
First course: Shaved asparagus with mix greens, lemon honey dressing, radishes, feta cheese, and red onion
Second course: Steak with asparagus and creamy grits topped with Rosé gastrique sauce
*Vegetarian option available
Third course:Creme brulee with strawberries
Class will be held on Feb 13th from 6:30-8:30pm
