This room of our Chicago bed & breakfast has a lovely view of a quiet, tree-lined street. There is a desk for conducting business or planning your activities and a comfortable seating area. The Cape Cod Room accommodates a maximum of two persons. The daily room rate begins at $149 per night. Please note all rates include breakfast, and parking is free!

Wicker Park Guestroom
Featuring an exposed brick wall, wood-burning fireplace, marble shower, and king-sized bed, the Wicker Park guestroom includes many highlights of this 1890s row house along with the modern comforts of home. The room has a lovely view of our quiet, tree-lined street. There is a desk for conducting business or planning your activities. The Wicker Park Room accommodates two persons. The daily room rate begins at $169 per night. Please note all rates include breakfast, and parking is free.

Chicago Guestroom
The Chicago Room is named for its bold size and its quintessential urban view of surrounding rooftops, residential lofts, and city's elevated train line so often featured in films and television programs. This guestroom has one queen-sized bed, one twin bed, and an in-suite bath with shower/tub combination. In addition, the Chicago Room has a desk, comfortable seating area, and private outdoor deck. Please note this room is close to the "el." This guestroom is not recommended for the light sleeper. The daily room rate begins at $154 per night for 2 persons. There is a $25 fee for each additional person. The rate includes breakfast, and parking is free!

Tuscan Guestroom
This spacious room has a king-sized bed, in-suite marble bath, and exposed brick wall. A daybed provides a pleasant sitting area or accommodations for 1 more person. This room is situated in the first floor and has it's own private entrance facing our side yard. There is a desk for conducting business or planning the day. The daily room rate begins at $159 per night for 2 persons. There is a $25 fee for each additional person. The rate includes breakfast and parking is free!

Blue Line Studio
Our Blue Line Studio is as an efficiency apartment. It has a queen-sized
bed, a full kitchen, plus an in-suite bath. It also has a private, rear
entrance and outdoor seating area. Breakfast is not provided as you would have your own kitchen to prepare meals. Dishes and pans are provided. The room rate begins at $139 per night. This room can sleep up 2 people comfortably. This apartment is not for the light sleeper. The Blue Line Studio is in close proximity to the "el" that runs behind our building.
