Cape Cod Guestroom 
The Cape Cod Room, so named for its ocean blue hues and the seaside images of its art, has a queen-sized bed and in-suite marble bath with shower. This room of our Chicago bed & breakfast has a lovely view of a quiet, tree-lined street. There is a desk for conducting business or planning your activities and a comfortable seating area. The Cape Cod Room accommodates a maximum of two persons. The daily room rate is $139 per night. Please note all rates include breakfast, and parking is free!

Provence Guestroom
The Provence Room, so named for its light, vivid colors, and the country French images of its art, has a full-sized bed and a private bath with shower (just across the hall.) Of course, guest bathrobes are provided. The room has a lovely view of our quiet, tree-lined street. There is a desk for conducting business or planning your activities. The Provence Room accommodates a maximum of two persons. The daily room rate is $129 per night. Please note all rates include breakfast, and parking is free!

Wicker Park Guestroom
Featuring an exposed brick wall, wood-burning fireplace, marble shower, and king-sized bed, the Wicker Park guestroom includes many highlights of this 1890s row house along with the modern comforts of home.  The room has a lovely view of our quiet, tree-lined street.  There is a desk for conducting business or planning your activities.  The Wicker Park Room accommodates two persons.  The daily room rate is $159 per night.  Please note all rates include breakfast, and parking is free.

Chicago Guestroom
The Chicago Room is named for its bold size and its quintessential urban view of surrounding rooftops, residential lofts, and city's elevated train line so often featured in films and television programs.  This guestroom has one queen-sized bed, one twin bed, and an in-suite bath with shower/tub combination. In addition, the Chicago Room has a desk, comfortable seating area, and private outdoor deck. The daily room rate is $149 per night for 2 persons.  There is a $25 fee for each additional person. The rate includes breakfast, and parking is free!

Tuscan Guestroom
This spacious room has a queen-sized bed, in-suite marble bath, and exposed brick wall. A daybed provides a pleasant sitting area or accommodations for 1 more person. This room is situated in the first floor and has it's own private entrance facing our side yard.  There is a desk for conducting business or planning the day. The daily room rate is $149 per night for 2 persons. There is a $25 fee for each additional person. The rate includes breakfast and parking is free!

Garden Apartment
Directly across the street from the B&B, our Garden Apartment includes 2 queen-sized beds, full eat-in kitchen, and private bath. Breakfast is not provided as the kitchen is stocked with breakfast goodies that guests can prepare at their leisure. This modern, studio apartment has its own entrance and all the same amenities provided at the B&B. The daily room rate is $169 per night for 2 persons.  There is a $25 fee for each additional person.

Bucktown Apartment
Directly across from the B&B, our Bucktown Apartment has 3 separate bedrooms (queen, full, & 2 twin beds), full kitchen, dining room, and private bathroom. Breakfast is not provided as the kitchen is stocked with breakfast goodies that guests can prepare at their leisure. This spacious apartment has its own entrance and all the same amenities provided at the B&B. The daily room rate is $189 per night for 2 persons.  There is a $25 fee for each additional person.
